Scope of Services

We provide a natural language query interface designed specifically for financial data analysis. Our conversational business intelligence dashboards enable Montreal-based analysts and financial professionals to access, analyze, and interpret complex financial datasets through intuitive dialogue-based interactions. Our platform transforms traditional data querying into conversational workflows, allowing users to ask questions in natural language and receive dynamic, actionable insights. These services are provided as-is and are intended for professional financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making purposes.

User Obligations

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Transmitting malware, viruses, or any code of destructive nature

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the preceding twelve months. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Financial data and analytical results are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute professional financial, investment, or legal advice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach any provision of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us directly. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, specifically the Province of Quebec, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montreal, Quebec. We may update these terms at any time, and changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
